At Events At Cullen Wines, we strive for excellence in every culinary experience, but if your expectations are not met, we offer a straightforward return process for non-perishable goods and event bookings. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, perishable food items can only be returned if they are found to be faulty or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Reach out to our guest services team within 48 hours of your event or delivery to initiate a return request.
- 2.Provide Proof
Please submit your order confirmation number along with clear photographs of any damaged goods or incorrect items received.
- 3.Return Authorization
Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for the collection or shipment of the products.
- 4.Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
